Service availability
Atlas is operated by Riverside Industries Ltd. Features may change, occasionally break, or be withdrawn. We will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not impersonate another person or evade an account restriction. You must be at least 13 to use Atlas.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Atlas a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, moderate and improve the service. Do not submit material you lack permission to share.
Acceptable use
You must follow the community guidelines and each Hub’s published rules. Do not harass people, expose private information, automate engagement, manipulate votes, distribute malware, or use Atlas for unlawful activity.
Moderation
Hub moderators may remove content, lock discussions, issue warnings and restrict participation within their Hubs. Atlas administrators may act across the service and administrator actions override Hub-level permissions. Serious or repeated violations may lead to a temporary freeze, ban or account removal. Eligible decisions can be appealed.
Ending your account
You may delete your account through profile settings. Public contributions may remain in anonymised form; private conversations involving the account are removed. Atlas may suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Liability
Atlas is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Atlas is not responsible for indirect losses or material posted by members.

Questions can be sent through the contact page. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes are subject to the Scottish courts, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
